The General Meeting

The supreme governing body is the General Meeting of the UzSPB members. The exclusive competence of the General Meeting includes adoption of the statute of UzSPB, approval of UzSPB symbols, annual and perspective plans and programs of its activity. The General Meeting selects the chairman of the General Meeting, members of UzSPB executive committee and its chairman. It also appoints and displaces from the position of the director of UzSPB executive directorate; approves the structure and list of workers of the Executive Committee.

The General Meeting of UzSPB members is held at least once a year. It is competent, if not less than the half of the list of its members is present at it.

UzSPB Executive Committee

UzSPB Executive Committee carries out the functions of adopting new members of the society, organizes the implementation of plans and programs of activities, carries out the functions of the Competition Committee for the election of candidates for the position of the director of the executive board of directors.

UzSPB Directorate

UzSPB Executive Directorate is a permanently functioning executive body. It carries out programs and plans of UzSPB activities, develops program projects and plans of activity and presents them for approval by the General Meeting. Executive Directorate provides repots on the activities at the General Meetings, attracts investments for achieving UzSPB goals and objectives.
